How it works
When you send the form, your details go to one fascia and soffit company that covers your county. They price the job, do the work and deal with you directly. We pass each request to one company, not a list.
Our prices and figures
The price guide is built from Irish fascia and soffit prices, kept to honest ranges; bungalow and dormer prices are the metres at our metre rate, as the cost page says. Housing figures are the 2022 Census by county; rainfall is Met Éireann's 1991 to 2020 average. The cleaning photo is a real job shared by the company that did it; the others show what each problem looks like, never a job. The photo preview is made by AI and labelled as one.
